1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "Terms of Service") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User," "Player," "Member," or "you") and jilaa Casino (hereinafter "jilaa," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilaa.cam website and all associated services, games, software, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

Account Restrictions

Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one (1) jilaa account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same person, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or close all accounts associated with the individual
• Void any winnings or bonuses obtained through such accounts
• Forfeit any account balances without obligation of refund
• Take legal action to recover any damages incurred

Verification Requirements

jilaa reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, including inability to withdraw funds, until verification is completed. All verification documents must be clear, legible, and valid.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilaa account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and never share them with any third party
• Immediately notify jilaa customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Log out from your account after each gaming session, especially when using shared or public devices
• Enable two-factor authentication when available for enhanced account security

You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. jilaa shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of jilaa Services is accurate, truthful, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur, including changes to your address, contact information, or payment methods. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Account Usage Restrictions

Your jilaa account is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not:

• Allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances
• Transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party
• Use your account for any commercial purposes or on behalf of any third party
• Grant access to your account credentials to any person claiming to be jilaa staff or customer support

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

Deposit Terms

jilaa accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from Philippine financial institutions including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other authorized payment channels. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the authorized account holder of the payment method used
• The funds deposited are not derived from any illegal activity or source
• You have the legal right to use the payment method and transfer funds to jilaa
• The payment information provided is accurate and belongs to you

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100 PHP
• Account verification must be completed before first withdrawal
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation of suspicious activity
• Processing times vary by payment method: GCash (5-15 minutes), Bank Transfer (24-48 hours)
• Bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings

Fees and Charges

jilaa does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, GCash, PayMaya) may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method operates in a currency other than PHP.

Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with jilaa customer support constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback:

• Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
• All bonuses, winnings, and promotional benefits will be voided
• We reserve the right to recover the disputed amount plus associated fees through legal action
• Your account may be permanently closed and you may be prohibited from future use of jilaa Services

5. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

General Bonus Terms

jilaa offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly communicated at the time of the promotional offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱100 bonus with 30x wagering requirement means you must wager ₱3,000 in total before withdrawal is permitted.

Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements:

Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinated play between multiple accounts, exploitation of software errors or glitches, and any other activities that give unfair advantage or violate the spirit of promotional offers.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Game Integrity

All games offered on jilaa are provided by licensed, certified gaming providers whose random number generators (RNG) and game mechanics are regularly tested and certified by independent testing laboratories. Game Rules and Malfunctions

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

Fraudulent Activities

• Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or payment methods
• Engaging in any form of payment fraud or chargeback fraud
• Money laundering or using jilaa Services to transfer funds for illegal purposes

Unfair Gaming Practices

• Using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Engaging in chip dumping, chip passing, or other forms of collusion in multiplayer games

Account Misuse

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Sharing accounts or login credentials with third parties

• Using VPN or proxy services to disguise your true location

Abusive Conduct

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilaa, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, malfunctions, or interruptions to Services
• Errors in game software or payment processing

In no event shall jilaa's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your jilaa account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

jilaa reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through one or more of the following methods:

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilaa concerning your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and jilaa.
